The leaves are starting to turn beautiful colors of red, orange, yellow reminding me that the time of harvest is here.. It’s a time to thank God and the universe for all the blessing you have in your life. I for one thank God every day for the blessing he has given me. Plus for the blessing he will be bringing my way. Justice is Truth in Action ~ Benjamin Disreali The ancient, mystical Tarot harmonizes well with other metaphysical themes. One is Astrology and another is Numerology. Each of the cards of the Major and Minor Arcana have an assigned Astrological counterpart. The interpretations tend to vary from source to source but most remain fairly consistent. Each month we will examine the appropriate Major Arcana cards assigned to the Astrological Signs that dominate our target months. What messages do they hold for us as individuals? Do they reflect the seasons, current topics or events? If you know your Numerology numbers it can be beneficial to compare them with the Tarot card that corresponds with them. For example: If the number three is one of your personal numbers, The Empress III has particular significance for you. We can do this with the rest of the Major Arcana as well. What does Justice indicate for the month? We will see many topics come up, both in the world at large and our personal lives, that have to do with laws, fairness, injustices, and equality. We will observe situations that call for decisiveness and draw our attention to what is morally right and wrong. We will see that we must pay attention to karmic law, or the need to do right by our fellow man. The need to make amends to others will come into play and in turn, we may see other people attempting to make amends to us. Surprising circumstances will arise that call for clear, decisive action. Legal matters that have been delayed or left sitting there, may suddenly come into the fore. As this card symbolizes the law in general, Justice can symbolize something as simple as a traffic ticket! For the month of October we all need to slow down! If you are a Libra or the numbers 7 or 11 figure prominently in your numerology, you already know well how this card applies to your life. You are a strongly principled person who has a driving need to be fair to everyone in your social circle. While cooling your heels at the local diner, you look up to see a group of workers spill through the door. They have obviously been working hard as they are disheveled and covered with dirt.
