Happy Holidays! The Angels and I just want to wish each and every one of you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. The thoughts and feelings you feel at the stroke of Midnight on News Years Eve sets the pace for the whole next year. So think thoughts of happiness and feel the love of God and the Universe embrace you as you DANCE boldly into the New Year. You are not walking away from your past BUT dancing into your Great New Future. Leave the old patterns behind you and look forward to a great 2010. :) Remember that the greatest gift you can give anyone in your life is the Gift of Time. Spend time with the ones you love during the holidays and really lesson to what they are saying. Spread the love you have in your heart out to the world. Tell others WHY they are important to you. To all questions LOVE is part of the answer. Know that you are loved so dearly by God and your Angels. Learn to see through the eyes of your heart and Know That ONE person can make a difference. How to take away Holiday Stress and Find your Inner Peace The holiday season always seems to be so stressful for all of us. During the holidays women not only have to work, but take care of their families, which already seems to fill up more then a 24 hour day. Now they also have to shop for the perfect gift, bake Christmas cookies, entertain relatives, make it to office parties, and much more. The holiday season is only stressful if you allow it to be. You can learn how to have a more relaxed holiday season by following these simple rules: First, remember that you are only one person and you shouldn’t feel you need to do everything yourself. Relax by enjoying the spiritual desserts of life during the holidays. Remember that stressed spelled backwards is desserts. So if you do things backwards and enjoy the desserts of the holidays first, you will be much less stressed. Here are a few ways to enjoy the spiritual desserts of the holiday season: Take time to let the child inside you come out to play during the holidays; by looking at the beautiful decorations, and enjoying the holiday music. Take a deep breath and really feel the beauty of the decorations and music on a soul level. Breathing deeply always helps you relax. Use fragrances that are known to help you feel less stressed. Lavender is a wonderful fragrance. To help in relaxing, take a bubble bath with lavender oil in it or burn a lavender fragrance candle. You can also put a lavender sashay in your pillow case to help you relax before going to sleep. Take at least five minutes each day when you wake up to just breathe deeply and count your blessings. This helps you start your day off not rushed, but more focused on the happiness in your life. Sing to the radio when you are driving in your car, also when you are doing your holiday errands. Singing always raises our spiritual vibrations and helps our soul feel more relaxed and happy. Do random acts of kindness for people, like pay for a stranger’s lunch, or give a single flower to people you meet throughout the day. When we give to others in this way their smiles always bring a smile to our own hearts. Smiling and laughing relieves stress. The most important thing to do to help you relax on a spiritual level during the holidays is to truly remember what the meaning of the holiday is all about. It’s about the love, happiness, and joy you feel inside yourself. Just living with that spiritual knowledge inside of yourself will help make the holidays much more stress free! Forecasts for Individual Signs – December 2009
Aries (March 21st - April 20th) The month of December is set to open on a highly energetic and productive note for those born under the sign of the ram. Not that abundant energy and a deep-rooted spirit of adventure are anything out of the ordinary for you, dear Aries, but you will definitely want to take advantage of this particular burst of enthusiasm over the first two weeks of the month, as things are due to slow down a bit as December begins to draw to a close later on. This would be an especially good time to focus on financial matters, as well as on any outstanding projects that need tying up or polishing at the office. You may also find that either a budding romance or a personal project that revolves around creativity seems to be picking up speed at this time and demanding your attention. The latter half of the month, however, will find you in the mood to retool and reflect instead as Mars transitions into his next retrograde period on the 19th. This would be an appropriate time to go back over any previously made professional plans instead of continuing to make new ones. You may also find that the momentum of your love life slows back down around this time. Alternatively, writers and artists may find themselves more stumped than usual when it comes to their creativity around then. If you’re not, you may be presented with an opportunity related to these matters. Later on in the month – especially during the final week -- life slows down to a much more sedate rhythm. If that’s not great timing, I don’t know what is! However, I will advise you to continue to keep an eye on your finances nevertheless. Libra (September 23rd – October 23rd) For the past couple of months now, Libra natives have been in a far more serious mood than they have been for some time. This is due to a long-lasting tour of duty Saturn is now making through your sign, meaning it’s only natural to be giving some more thought to the future and to long-term matters. December marks a terrific month to be thinking about where you might want to go in regards to work and career matters and you’ll find that this is a month when many an opportunity in regards to this area naturally seem to be flowing your way. This month will mark a great time to regroup a little as you plan your next series of moves. By regroup, I mean you should be directing your energy toward reflection, organization, and planning as opposed to the determined blazing of new trails just now. Your career will still figure in big throughout December, but I think that you’ll find you’ll be most productive by restructuring the way you run your business or career to accommodate the recent progress you’ve been making. Also, take the time to reexamine your ambitions for the future and assess how they fit into the big picture as it develops. Don’t forget about your home life and family though. When Mars goes retrograde later in the month, it may bring a few difficulties in this area and possibly also the need to do some revamping in your family’s routine. Choose your words and strategies carefully, dear Capricorn, so as to prevent any miscommunications or hurt feelings to the best of your ability. Some of those close to you may just seem to need their space. Give it to them. It’s just what they need to get through this influence themselves.
Aquarius (January 21st – February 18th) Dear Aquarius, you are nothing if not a social creature and December will see you being presented with many a chance to shine and show off your trademark Aquarian sparkle to its utmost.
