Happy August…Wow! It seems like the summer is just flying by. This month has brought me many blessings and surprises. The frog that blessed me by living in my sub pump last January has two friends with him now. My daughter Jennifer LOVED frogs, so I know she sent them to make me smile. Another Blessing for everyone at Angel Vision is that Linda Costantini will be coming to the office on Tuesday to offer Angel Card readings. She is a gifted reader and her first Tuesday at the office will be Aug 14. The cost for her Angel Card readings are only $65.00 for a 30 to 40 minute reading. Call the Angel Vision office or stop by on Tuesdays to have a reading with Linda. I will be hosting a “How to Talk to Your Loved Ones on the Other Side” workshop on August 23, 2007 at the Holiday Inn Fenton. It starts at 7:00 pm the cost will be only $85.00. I will tell you how you know your Loved Ones on the other side are trying to reach you. I will show you how to give messages from loved ones on the other side. EVERYONE enjoyed it, and I loved the energy from both the loved ones in spirit, and the ones taking the seminar so much, I couldn’t wait to hold another one. Or just stop by the office if you need a reading right away. While I was typing my newsletter this week I looked up and on my computer was a cute little finch staring me right in the face. How it got there I am still not sure, and how my cats didn’t seem to know it was there was even stranger. But there it was just the same chirping its little heart out for me. It has a sore wing and could not fly very well, but it still looked at me and sang. My Angel David stood at my side and just smiled as I marvel at this little bird sitting on my computer singing to me. Then he reminded me of something he told me when I was just about 6 years old. When I was just about 6 years old he showed me the little bird’s outside singing, and asked to me this question. “Do you hear the birds singing sweet one?” I said yes. He then said do you know that they sing a song of gratitude to God even before they look for food? He told me that they do this because they know that the Father will ALWAYS Take Care of them. He then told me that I should always wake up in the morning and thank God for all my blessings before I started my day. He said look at that little finch on you computer. It has a sore wing but still Sings a song of gratitude for he knows he will be take care of. I laughed because God really was taken care of him; there was not a cat in sight :>) I found a cage in my basement to loving place the bird. I gave it food and water, and sent it healing for three days. Low and behold on the third day it could fly. I opened the window and out it flew. What a blessing that was for me to have a gentle reminder of how to live in gratitude. You know God, and the universe will take care of you. Your thoughts are your Prayers. The angels have faith that you can create the lives you desire. Right now I feel so many people are going through a test of faith. Don’t let, Jobs, Money Issues, Relationships or negative thinking keep you from manifesting all the happiness that is your right to receive Live in Gratitude and feel the blessing in your life. Are you living life to your full potential? Are you living a life of abundance and happiness or are you living life like a buzzard, bat, or bumble bee? The choice is ALWAYS yours on how to live your life. “IT IS CHOICE NOT CHANCE THAT MAKES YOUR DESTINY!” THE BUZZARD: Think about it for a moment, are you letting people’s, emotion or fear keep you stuck on the ground like a prisoner of your own beliefs? Your thoughts create your reality. Let go of your beliefs that chain you to the ground as a prisoner. Don't cage yourself in as the top of your self made cage is open, and the sky is the limit. Be brave and let yourself FLY. THE BAT: OK! Now think about this for a moment. Are you letting painful emotions making you feel helpless? Keeping you shuffling around at ground level in your life? If you are, you need to know that you are making a choice to feel this way! All you have to do is change your thinking to be more positive... Make an effort to feel happy emotions, like love, joy, and GRATITUDE. When you do this you will elevate yourself to fly. Yes, the choice is always yours. THE BUMBLEBEE: Take a moment and think about your life. Have you PERMITTED people, or emotions to make you become a Bumblebee? Are you choosing to stay in jobs, relationships or other situations that keep you from feeling free? Have you made the choice to settle for drinking or using drugs for your means of escape? If so, I ask you to make the choice to look inside yourself. Find the power that will help you use your wings to fly out of the jar you have placed yourself in. You can manifest the live you wish to life. We all have that power with in ourselves to do so. PEOPLE: REMEMBER IT IS ALWAYS CHOICE NOT CHANCE THAT MAKES YOUR DESTINY. Leo, a Fixed Fire Sign, is courageous and full of fun. They are outgoing, spirited people who will stand up for the underdog without hesitation. Their strong dignity and sense of integrity are of utmost importance to them. Leo comes to blazing life if someone they love or one or both of these elements of their personality are challenged. It is definitely not a pretty sight to behold! These are people who must remain true to their principles or their conscience will not leave them alone. They can teach us all a few lessons about this subject. Leo gravitates to quality and has exquisite taste. Unfortunately, there is usually a decent price tag to go along with any bauble that catches their eye! Thankfully, the Fixed quality they share with Scorpio, Aquarius and Taurus, helps to keep them grounded and stable. Fixed signs are steady, reliable people who gravitate toward things that are the same. This energy tempers Leo’s Fire, inspiring them to be loyal friends and the best of parents. Aries (March 21st – April 20th) The New Moon of the 12th comes equipped with a powerhouse lineup in Leo. This ball of fire is sure to recharge your battery. It will also bring out the romantic devil in you and inspire you to make merry! Just keep your head and see your situation for what it is. With Venus Retrograde, you could be in the midst of reshuffling your financial plan or saving for something special. This is, however, a terrific time to go on a spiritual retreat or insist on some time to yourself. Please Aries, slow down and drive defensively now through September. The Lunar Eclipse on the 28th will highlight health, sensitivity, psychic impressions and dreams. A Lunar Eclipse is like a very powerful Full Moon. If you have been internalizing a lot of stress without an adequate outlet, this time could signal a minor health issue. It could actually be the cosmic catalyst that inspires you to get it together and take better care of yourself. Spontaneous changes at home or with a co-worker can test your ability to be flexible. The Lunar Eclipse in Pisces on the 28th centers on children, personal goals, friendships and romantic relationships. You are generally quite patient but during this cycle, someone may push your buttons enough to set you off. At any rate, refrain from selling or buying into any guilt trips. Gemini (May 21st – June 21st) The New Moon on the 12th highlights transportation, travel, entertainment and dialog with siblings. Each person along the route can serve a different course. This is a great way to solidify your relationships and in some cases, get to know each other better. In this day and age, we need each other more than ever. An evening such as this can do far more than entertain. Mars in your Solar First House around the Lunar Eclipse of the 28th can be an energizing influence but may find you feeling rather impatient. Take it easy on yourself and others. On the other hand, employers and family members may express that mode even more than you do! Take it cool and use the energy to redefine your needs in all aspects of your life. Cancer (June 22nd – July 22nd) The New Moon of the 12th takes place in the Second House of your Solar Chart. In fact, counting the Sun and Moon, there will be five planets there at that time. This puts a strong emphasis on savings and opportunities to review your financial status. Over the last two and one half years, you have been taking stock of your finances and learning how to make them work for you in a better way. At this time, you could be feeling limited or simply determined to do a better job and more self-disciplined. Analyze your situation. In time, it could pay in dividends. The Lunar Eclipse in Pisces takes place in your Solar Third and Ninth Houses. This cycle is like a powerful Full Moon. This appears to be a possible turning point with your in-laws, siblings or other family members. Someone may be in need of your attention and reacting far too critically. Do not allow anyone to manipulate you with guilt. No one is more tuned into the needs of your family than you are. Leo (July 23rd – August 22nd) Shew! The New Moon on the 12th is part of a lineup of planets in your sign. Balancing your needs with those of your closest relationships may be part of the scenario. Regardless your age, you have been questioning whether or not you still ‘have it’ ever since Saturn visited your sign two and a half years ago. Leo, you need a double shot of entertainment, glamour and romance! No matter how much the kids need your attention, vow to give yourself some daily gratification. You do not have to spend a fortune to pamper yourself. You know you deserve it! Finances have also been part of your focus since Saturn came to call. You have probably been trying to help your children, regardless their age. The Lunar Eclipse on the 28th puts the emphasis on your financial affairs. This Transit also provides answers to your questions if you take the time to analyze your situation. Sudden changes regarding friends or family members also command your attention. Do not allow feisty people to rain on your parade. Eclipses promote awareness. Flow with this challenge. Remember the lessons you have learned. Virgo (August 23rd – September 22nd) A strong lineup of planets will inhabit your Solar Twelfth House on the New Moon of the 12th. This is the House of the subconscious, meditation and dreams. Chances are, your intuition will be heightened at this time. Try not to over-analyze your impressions! If you have been interested in any field of Metaphysical study, this would be a great time to pursue it. Our Twelfth House also signifies hospitals, institutions and places of spirituality. You might choose to spend some time in a hallowed place or to recharge and enjoy your own good company. Strong Mars contacts, along with the Lunar Eclipse on the 28th, makes the end of the month rather tricky. You may be feeling a strong sense of restlessness even though you are being pulled n many directions. Eclipses bring awareness and set the pace for a goodly amount of time, so handle the events that take place with care and patience. Listen to the opinions of others and take their feelings (within reason) to heart. Pace yourself and remember that you really do not have to do everything perfectly! If you have been feeling as if you are falling short of your aspirations, this would be a good time to review them. Network with others. If you have career goals that have not been reached over the last year, find a trustworthy co-worker and express your feelings. If you want to change jobs, do the same. Reconnect with people you have worked with in the past and let them know that you are on the lookout. List the things that you wish to accomplish. The Lunar Eclipse of the 28th takes place in your 6th and 12th Houses. This highlights your work conditions, co-workers, health and small pets. As with the New Moon, this is time to review. Eclipses bring us awareness and this can be an important one. Look for ways to improve your work conditions and relationships with your co-workers. Someone you work with may be having a health issue or going through a particularly difficult time. On the other hand, even though you are normally a social butterfly, you may need some time to yourself to reflect and regroup. Scorpio (Oct 24th – Nov. 22nd) The New Moon of the 12th takes place in the career sector of your chart. For the last two and one half years, you have been either working very hard with little or no recognition for your efforts or dealing with more responsibility. Even if you have had a significant promotion, you have not had it easy. Feeling confused is something that really bothers you but take heart! Soon, Saturn will move into a more favorable position and you should see some signs of improvement. The important thing is to take what you have learned and make it work in your favor. The Lunar Eclipse on the 28th takes place in your 5th and 9th Solar Houses. These placements have to do with children, friends, romance, creativity and goals. It is possible that joint financial obligations come into the picture also. This may be a point of resolution in regard to some long-standing issues regarding the above subjects. In any case, you must be careful not to spread yourself too thin. This eclipse should provide you with information that you can act on at a later date. For now, calmly assess what comes through and plan your next move. Sagittarius (Nov. 23rd – Dec 21st) The New Moon on the 12th takes place in your Solar 9th House. This cycle, along with a strong lineup of planets, highlights children, education and travel. If you have children who are leaving for college, this is a cosmic test! It is difficult to let go of our children, no matter what their age. Pay attention to travel plan details, as there could be one or two minor adjustments that pop up along the way. Sagittarius, we know how much you love to travel and explore the world. If you cannot get away now, use this transit to plan a trip for later this fall. The Lunar Eclipse of the 28th finds you busy and pulled in many directions. Your family wants you, you are in demand at work and your partner is equipped with a list! All this and you just want the freedom to get in your car and go like the wind! Well, it’s true, you move very quickly but you probably will not be able to keep up with this and maintain your sanity! Pace yourself, avoid quilt trips and go with the flow. Much can be accomplished if you do. The best part may be a new awareness about how you can be more effective in all areas. Capricorn (Dec 22nd – Jan 20th) The New Moon of the 12th takes place in your Solar 8th House. This is the House of joint finance, surgery, birth, death, loans and taxes. Quite a mixed bag, aye? Look for ways to get yourself clear of some longstanding debts in the year to come. Discuss the benefits of refinancing or loan consolidation to make your life more manageable. Remember though, this should be thoroughly researched before you make a commitment. Saturn’s Transit through this House can best be used to help you find better, mature ways to deal with debt. Do not be impulsive now. The Lunar Eclipse on the 28th takes place in the 3rd and 9th Houses of your Solar Chart. This represents siblings, in laws, your neighborhood, vehicle and travel – both short and long distance. Your sibling, neighbors, or in laws may have some sharp works to say because they are going through a difficult patch. At any rate, you need to be true to yourself first and then do what you can to be of service. As this type of Eclipse can promote awareness, sit down with them and be the voice of reason. Work things out but do not become the recipient of their frustration. Aquarius (Jan 21st – Feb 18th) The focus is on your partner and closest friends during the New Moon of the 12th. The subject may have to do with a child or our partner’s need for entertainment or more of your attention. During this New Moon, it can be helpful to focus on what you can do to improve your close relationships. A strong lineup of planets in your Solar 7th House will direct your attention to this part of your life no matter what you do. Compromise is the key for you both. If the subject is children decide to set some boundaries and refocus on your relationship. The Lunar Eclipse on the 28th highlights your 2nd and 8th Solar Houses. These two areas represent your personal and joint finances. You may be tempted to follow an emotional impulse or spend money on something that pulls on your heartstrings. On the other hand, medical bills may be dampening your summer. Use the time to look into ways to relieve yourself of your burdens. Pisces (Feb 19th – Mar 20th) The New Moon of the 12th shows the beginning of some long needed improvement in the job sector of your Solar Chart. Your work conditions are bound to get better along with your relationships with co-workers. Some of you will see one working relationship in particular turn into an office romance! One thing is certain, this fall will find you narrowing down your options and choices in regard to your career. This would be a terrific time to begin a health regime and exercise program. A new pet may also find you! The Lunar Eclipse on the 28th highlights partners, close friends, family, your job and feeling comfortable in your own skin. Pisces, you are the first one to buy into a guilt trip or become affected by someone else’s frustration. Time to detach and assess the situation for what it is. Others may be criticizing you rather than owning their own shortcomings. Again, you need to detach and let them deal with their own issues. August - Strength - VIIIThe ancient Tarot is reflected in many Metaphysical Arts. Astrology and Numerology are two that strongly reflect its influence. Not only can we assign a Tarot card to a particular Astrological Sign we can correspond it with our Personal Numerology Number or Life Path. If you were born under the Astrological Sign Leo or the number eight plays an important role in your Numerology, Strength is your card! Because the vibration of this card is universal energy, we will feel it through the month of August. In the months to come, we will take a new approach to this column. For the last year we have been examining the traditional way of designating one card that applies to each month. We have designated this by adding your birth date, month and year, then adding the total in order to reduce it to a number lower than 22. (22 is greater than the number of Major Arcana cards.) Now we will add another card by adding the current month and year and reducing them also. This year, we find that the cards seem to double the normal energy of the traditional card. Example: 2007 + 8 = 2015 Strength is the Tarot card for Leo, and appropriately so as those who are born under this sign have tremendous passion and courage. As both cards are the same for 2007, Leo is having something similar to a Solar Return. This phenomenon occurs when the Sun in the sky returns to the same degree as it was on the day we were born. It emphasizes the characteristics we inherited at our birth. If you are a Leo, you have been blessed with the power to shine. Creative and noble, you have passed many tests over the last 2 ½ years. Along the way, you have learned much about yourself and what you are made of. If you are still being tested, rest assured that relief is on the way. In the meantime, take pride at what you have accomplished and overcome. The rest of us will experience a month that emphasizes courage, integrity and the need to put passion behind our goals. Strength reminds us to be tolerant and kind both to ourselves and to others. It brings up the need to stand up for the underdog or those who are being mistreated. We can confront a daunting situation and stand our ground without being a Diva or drama queen. Confrontation does not have to send us into a tailspin so long as we believe in ourselves. Get in touch with your sense of dignity before you draw that line in the sand. If you are being mistreated, chances are, August will see you doing just that! If your birthday is in August, you are finishing a very long journey. You have learned about the need to be flexible and go with the flow. Pat yourself on the back, because this is not your nature! Whenever a compelling movie has you glued to the edge of your seat or you are engrossed in your favorite TV program, remember, you have Leo to thank for the great entertainment. On the other hand, when your child is pitching a fit complete with plenty of eye rolling and dramatic gesturing, our Leo also takes the rap!
